Cinnamon Rolls o Kanelbullar ricetta facile e veloce con planetaria

C’è qualcosa di più evocativo dell’arrivo del periodo invernale del profumo di cannella che invade la casa?

Per me, a pensarci bene, forse no.

I cinnamon rolls sono delle dolci brioche lievitate a forma di girella contenenti burro e al profumo di cannella. Se sei amante di Ikea sicuramente sai quale dolce ti sto per suggerire di fare.

Le girelle alla cannella hanno infatti origini svedesi ed il loro nome in lingua madre è Kanelbullar.

Dalla Svezia queste girelle alla cannella si sono diffuse, prima, in tutti i paesi del Nord Europa e poi in tutto il mondo.

Sono la ricetta ideale per sfornare un dolce tipico invernale/natalizio e sono anche adatte ad essere preparate insieme ai bambini o con il resto della famiglia, per condividere gioviali momenti in cucina tra l’albero di Natale e le decorazioni natalizie che abbelliscono casa e scaldano l’atmosfera.

ingredienti per una decina di cinnamon rolls

Occorrente per l’impasto dei cinnamom rolls:

  • 250 grammi di farina
  • 25 grammi di burro a temperatura ambiente
  • 10 grammi di lievito fresco
  • 100 ml di latte
  • 25 grammi di zucchero
  • 1 uovo
  • Per il ripieno
  • 60 grammi di zucchero di canna
  • 50 grammi di burro a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 cucchiaino di cannella

Ingredienti per il ripieno dei cinnamon rolls:

  • 60 grammi di zucchero di canna
  • 50 grammi di burro a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 cucchiaino di cannella in polvere

Occorrente per la glassa con cui cospargere i cinnamom rolls (facoltativo):

  • zucchero a velo q.b.
  • acqua tiepida

disporre le girelle su una teglia per farle lievitare ulteriormente

procedimento PER PREPARARE DEI DELIZIOSI CINNAMON ROLLS

Per prima cosa andiamo a diluire il lievito nel latte tiepido, amalgamando bene fino a non lasciare grumi. Poi introduciamo nel boccale della planetaria il latte ed il lievito così amalgamati, la farina, l’uovo e lo zucchero.

Mescoliamo gli ingredienti nella planetaria (io ho la Cecotec Twist & Fusion 4500 Luxury Black) a velocità 4 fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Io ho montato per questa ricetta il gancio a spirale.

Una volta ottenuta la consistenza idonea si toglie l’impasto dal boccale della planetaria e si lascia riposare ricoperto da un panno per un’ora.

A questo punto si stende l’impasto fino ad ottenere un’altezza di circa mezzo centimetro e si cosparge la superficie con zucchero, burro e cannella (precedentemente uniti ed amalgamati).

Si arrotola il tutto a forma di cilindro e si procede a tagliare delle fettine dell’altezza di 2 centrimetri circa.

Ci si può aiutare in questa fase con un filo interdentale o con un coltello avendo cura di avere più delicatezza.

Ora si dispongono le girelle su una teglia e si continua con la lievitazione fino a quando non avranno raggiunto il doppio del volume iniziale.

A questo punto i nostri cinnamom rolls sono pronti per essere infornati a 200 gradi in modalità statica per 15/18 minuti.

Una volta sfornati e intiepiditi possono essere ricoperti di glassa allo zucchero.

Sono sicura che anche a casa tua una volta messi al centro della tavola andranno a ruba e la casa profumerà di cannella per giorni.
